A lot of people are into walking and having some type of nature in their day or weekend. If they live in the city, but getting outside, getting daylight and getting some nature seems to be a really common thread with successful people today.
Walking or running if you’re into running or cycling, but some way of getting a workout outside getting some fresh air and light.
The other common thing is on the weekend going hiking or skiing if you have access to that or cycling.
Most my clients are into these types of weekend activities in nature, that really balance out the week and give them an opportunity to refill the tank and fill up on nature.
When we can find some calm and some peace through nature and through a workout in nature, even if it stays low impact like a walk, you’re able to really get clarity on the week ahead and the map, or the priorities of the things that you need to get done.
Often, we can just get so stressed out and overwork or overthink and what we really need is to find some calm and some peacefulness and that gives us the clarity that we need to set up a great week ahead.
